Getting to Manaton Parish Hall

From Bovey Tracey
On the A382 (A38 Drumbridges to Moretonhampstead road) at the 2nd roundabout take the signposted route Haytor / Manaton.
After half a mile take the right hand fork in the road marked for Manaton and Becky Falls.
Continue on this road past Yarners Wood over the moor, past Becky Falls and you will enter the first part of Manaton Village.
Proceed past the Kestor Inn for about a mile, at the next crossroads turn right and take the right fork in the road and at the end of the village green, you will find the Parish Hall on the left.
From Moretonhampstead
The roads to Manaton from Moretonhampstead are extremely narrow and visitors are advised to proceed to the Bovey Tracey (Haytor Roundabout) and follow the above route.
For the adventurous types: from Moretonhampstead
Follow the Princetown road (B3212) west out of the town for 2.5 miles. Turn left onto a lane signposted Manaton, drive for a further 3 miles and then turn left at a crossroads, sign-posted Manaton.
Follow the road which takes a sharp right turn and after about another mile you will come to a cross-roads, turn left and the village green will be ahead of you. Take the right fork and the Parish Hall will be on the left after the green.
